KUBO is part of the KUBO Group and by now consists of approximately 150 employees who are active in the office, in our own production facility in the Netherlands and on construction sites worldwide. We have already opened locations in China, Canada and the USA and will continue to expand in the coming years. We are also proud of the fact that PDI, HAWE and SDF have recently joined the KUBO Group. This allows us to offer an even more complete range to our customers and to respond to market developments.

Due to the growth of our organization, we are immediately looking for a new colleague for the position:

Financial Employee

In this varied position as Financial Employee you will be responsible for the careful execution of the financial administration for the various business units of the KUBO Group. In cooperation with your colleagues you take care of the Processing of the debtors and creditors administration and you are responsible for the invoicing process, by means of drawing up and processing invoices from internal and external customers. In addition, you will have the opportunity to think along about a more efficient financial administration.

Furthermore you are responsible for:

• Supporting the preparation of the financial Reports;
• Drafting financial overviews;
• Processing cash flows;
• Interpreting and processing financial data for credit cards;
• Handle declarations;
• Perform other financial administrative work and mail processing.

To be successful as a Financial Employee at the KUBO Group you have integrity and accuracy. You have a numerical insight and analytical skills.

Furthermore you have:

• MBO work and thinking level with a completed financial education;
• Minimum of 1 year work experience in a similar position within;
• Knowledge of and experience with MS Office;
• Experience with ERP packages is an advantage;
• Knowledge of financial packages (Account View) is an advantage;
• Good command of the Dutch and English language orally and in writing.
