A horticultural greenhouse only consists of glass and frame, right? Certainly not a design challenge! INCORRECT; design of a greenhouse is always a technical challenge. Especially when we are building our greenhouses all over the world. Climate, land conditions, weather and so much more challenges we have to face. You will be responsible for the first design to, for example, realizing a 30-hectare greenhouse in the deserts of Dubai. Yes, this is really possible. Or how about building a greenhouse on top of a tall building? Just think of what kind of innovative construction solutions have to be devised for this. Cool?

KUBO Group now consists of approximately 240 employees who are active worldwide at our offices, in our own production facility in the Netherlands and at construction sites worldwide. Kick-off meeting today with the Sales Manager and your project deal team. Together you will work on the customer's wishes and you will ensure that our suppliers come up with their quotes on time so that you can implement this in your design. You are responsible for the technical quotation, general design plan, cost price calculations and, of course, drawing up the scope of work. This means a very dynamic job and working environment where you work with many different (international) stakeholders. The entire offer is made by you. The Sales Manager checks this and forwards it to the customer. Of course you also have the opportunity to sometimes be present at the first conversations with the customer to be able to dive into what is needed for a successful quotation.

Success should be celebrated, KUBO knows that like no other. When we win a deal, we organize a theme party. The theme is the country where we won the new assignment and this party is organized for the entire company.
