Sales Support Engineer

What a cool new lead has come in, a project in New Zealand. Together with the Sales Manager you will work to understand the customer requirements. In addition, you determine which parties are needed to create a flawless quote or design. Stakeholder management, planning, designing layouts, being part of KUBO deal teams, preparing and leading kick-off meetings and thinking along technically is something you also like to do. In your role as Sales Support Engineer, you will monitor internal processes prior to quotations. We rely on you to be the first point of contact for our customers, colleagues, and partners around the globe. Mondays, for example, you work with the Sales Manager to design the first layout. This may also be possible with the customer. Then you have another Sales Support meeting to discuss all updates of all current projects and you check a quote with a Calculator to make sure it does not contain any errors.

Making budget offers, arranging and leading kick-off meetings and ensuring that all the required parties are present. Parties needed for this kick-off could be our water/electro technology department, our partner companies for climate installations, but also our agents in other countries. You have a coordination role and are THE link between our sales and calculation department. This function is not for everyone, because it is a hectic job and no day is the same. A position where you are challenged every day and you learn a lot.

Of course we take care of your development, we have planned a nice training program for you. You also think and work proactively to continuously improve KUBO's products and processes.
