PYLOT is a startup supported by the KUBO Group. The main goal of this startup is to create user-friendly software that simplifies growing in high-tech production greenhouses. This is done by analyzing data from the greenhouses and converting it into information. The production greenhouses are used for growing premium fruits and vegetables.

Sales Manager PYLOT

Job Description

You are primarily responsible for the strategic mapping of the market and further expansion of our (international) relationships. You guide them during the start-up and monitor customer satisfaction. You are also actively engaged in obtaining feedback, on the basis of which we further develop our data platform.

You will also be involved in:

  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan and focusing on related sales targets;
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions in line with customer needs and objectives;
  • Responsible for all (pre-)sales activities, think of analyzing sales territories and competition, setting up sales plans, reporting, performing demos and presentations) and achieving sales targets;
  • Developing new business with existing customers and/or identifying areas for improvement;
  • Ensuring full commissioning of the PYLOT platform for customers;
  • Actively responding to markets and market shifts, being and staying fully informed of the latest products and competitive statuses;
  • Managing customer accounts and continuously building strong and long-term relationships.

Who are we looking for?

For this position, we are looking for a results-oriented colleague who takes commercial initiative and has a hands on mentality.
In addition, you possess:

  • HBO working and thinking level;
  • 1-3 years of international sales experience;
  • Experience with international markets and (key) account management;
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language (reading, writing and speaking);
  • Command of Russian, German and/or French is an advantage.
