KUBO now consists of 150 employees. We are active at our own office, our production facility in Monster, test center and construction sites worldwide.

To expand the team we are looking for an:

Operator

As an operator, you are responsible for the operations of our test greenhouse. In our test greenhouse, new greenhouse concepts are tested under practical conditions. You ensure the follow-up and registration of these planned innovations and tests.

Your tasks will include:

• Taking care of the systems in the test center;
• Together with the cultivation specialist, you follow up on the cultivation, climate and irrigation strategy;
• Setting out and following guidelines for the crop work;
• Participate in the cultivation plan and follow up through the PYLOT platform;
• Advising based on the researches and innovations in the greenhouse;
• Receiving internal and external guests in the test greenhouse.

• HBO work and thinking level, preferably towards Horticulture and Agribusiness, Mechanical Engineering or similar;
• 0-2 years experience in greenhouse horticulture;
• Good command of both the Dutch and English languages;
• Interest in high-tech greenhouses, innovation and sustainability;
• Decisive, Creative and Result-oriented.
