Due to the growth of our organization, we are immediately looking for a new colleague for the position of:

Legal Risk Manager

In this independent role within our organization, you will use your expertise to provide concrete advice on a variety of legal issues and assess the risks and possible consequences of strategic decisions. In addition, your activities will include reviewing and drafting contracts, drafting legal opinions, handling complaints/claims, legal risk management and compliance.

You identify developments in the various legal fields that are relevant to the organization and translate them into consequences for the organization. If necessary, you call in external specialists and you are also the contact person for this.

As our new Legal Risk Manager you can communicate the legal content and your advice in clear language. You have a completed university education in the field of Law or Economics. You have work experience in a similar position in a dynamic environment. You have a great sense of responsibility and organizational sensitivity. You think in solutions, take initiative and are accurate. Obviously, you have an excellent command of the Dutch and English languages and are familiar with relevant laws and regulations.
