BIM Manager

As Building Information Modeling Manager (BIM Manager), you are responsible for setting up, implementing and executing a BIM policy within KUBO and the associated processes and activities. You set goals and requirements for this policy and you create conditions to execute projects with BIM and monitor the progress of the processes within these projects. In addition, you focus on the design and testing of complex high-tech greenhouse structures and prepare BIM aspects in contract phase. You operate as a system builder and anchor of the BIM process and as a fellow team player you organize the cooperation between the various parties.

Naturally, you ensure that you stay uo-to-date of current developments in your field.

The right candidate for this position:

• Has a completed HBO education towards Technical Business Administration or similar;
• Has experience with 2D - and 3D drawing programs within the Autodesk Suite including AutoCAD, Revit and Advance Steel;
• Familiar with links between CAD and ERP systems;
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing;
• Is both a self starter and a team player;
• Has a dose of problem solving ability.
